Why does it matter to you?

We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled Product Manager with expertise in the identity, security, and AI domains to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the strategy of our user management platform for modern B2B apps — including the emerging AI-Readiness product line, which enables customers to open their products to AI interfaces and agents. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales — to ensure Frontegg continues to deliver a rock-solid solution that exceeds industry standards and leads the way in AI-driven identity experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest authentication, authorization, security, and AI trends and best practices to ensure Frontegg remains at the forefront of the domain.
  • Own the definition and delivery of new capabilities end-to-end — from ideation and design to successful launch and market adoption.
  • Lead the AI-Readiness product roadmap, enabling customers to expose their applications to AI agents, APIs, and automated interfaces.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Partner closely with engineering on technical architecture — especially around the MCP gateway and integrations with external AI agents.
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, use cases, and analyze the competitive landscape.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business impact.
  • Define metrics, track adoption and engagement, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on identity and/or security, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Management Systems — authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management — and knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts, including roles, permissions, and access control models.
  • Proven experience working with AI integration points, APIs, and agent-based systems.
  • Experience with MCP or similar middleware frameworks is a major advantage.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and scale to accommodate rapid growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong product sense, ability to understand the problem or opportunity and translate it into product strategy.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and driving adoption.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in developer-focused products or platforms.Proven ability to launch 0→1 products and scale their adoption.Hands-on familiarity with JIRA, Figma, and other modern PM toolsets.
