In order to provide its services, Frontegg Ltd. engages with third party sub-processors to carry out processing activities on behalf of its customers. Such sub-processors may vary depending on the services used and customer determination. Prior to engaging such sub-processors, Frontegg evaluates their data protection and security measures, and ensures a data protection agreement is in place per applicable data protection laws.
Frontegg uses infrastructure sub-processors that process both Frontegg’s Platform user data (authorized users on behalf of customer) and Frontegg’s customers’ end-user data. Frontegg’s services are available in two hosting regions: EU (by default) and US, per customer’s choice. Personal data of Frontegg’s customers’ end-users will only be processed by the following sub-processors:
In addition, Frontegg uses certain sub-processors that process only Frontegg’s Platform user data (authorized users on behalf of customer). Personal data of Frontegg’s customers’ end-users will not be processed by the sub-processors listed below.
Frontegg may use the sub-processors listed below in order to provide support to its customers. The extent to which such sub-processors will process customer data is fully controlled and determined by the customer on a case by case basis.
Depending on the nature of the services and support requested, customer data may also be processed by Frontegg Ltd.’s affiliate, Frontegg Inc, located in the US, as well as by support and NOC Frontegg subcontractors located in the EU and Israel (a jurisdiction deemed adequate by the EU Commission and the UK).
